The MDS-35GTi: Raising the Bar in Mobile Shredding Technology
Since its release in 2005, the MDS-35GT has quickly earned its position as the most profitable mobile shredding system on the market. The MDS-35GTi line combines unsurpassed throughput rates of 6,000 – 8,000 lbs/hour with the option of high-security Variable Shred Size (VSS) technology, which produces high-security shred sizes at the push of a button.

Shredder
Constructed almost entirely of lightweight aluminum, the patented ST-35Hi shredder utilizes an updated cutting chamber design that improves particle consistency and VSS technology for shred size reduction. For easier maintenance, the shredder hopper features a large door providing uninhibited access to the cutting chamber.
Auto Unloading
The MDS-35GTi2 features the highest payload in the industry weighing in at between 16,000 – 17,000 lbs (tandem axle) and 10,000 (single axle). An optional hydraulically operated rear door reduces unloading time while providing an additional unobstructed surface for graphics. Both single- and tandem-axle models come standard with a moving floor.
Bin Tunnel and Controls
Also standard on the MDS-35GTi and MDS-35GTi2 models is Shred-Tech’s new patent-pending Gripper Tipper®. Loading containers is a breeze with the Gripper Tipper® which is compatible with all industry standard containers. Standard retractable bin tunnels ensure containers remain completely enclosed during the loading process, protecting material from environmental elements. Each unit comes with cameras mounted in both the shredding and the storage compartments. The LCD monitor, conveniently located on the control panel, allows for single and split screen views of the shredding and storage compartments.
