Our new Southeast Service Center is conveniently located in Apex, NC. Consisting of a 5,000 square-foot, multi-bay building, the Service Center incorporates factory-trained service technicians with a full range of state-of-the-art equipment and a complete inventory of parts to enhance customer experience. A fleet of fully-stocked service vans and trucks increases our ability to quickly and efficiently serve our customers with preventative maintenance and emergency services.

Parts

It is important to note that Shred-Tech maintains "Single Source Responsibility" for our shredders and parts. Because our shredders are built and known for their longevity in the workforce, we maintain a long-term supply of parts, to ensure availability for our oldest to our newest systems. A full inventory of OEM parts is available for next-day shipment anywhere in the world.
